Multichannel Instalation, 2012-2014

The present Project is a result of the thesis presented by me at the M.A. Program in Fine and Visual Arts at the National University of Colombia, 2012-2014.

The project develops around two opposite devices of vision and memory in time: on one hand, the archaic camera obscura, and on the other, technological devices from Google such as Google Earth, Google Maps, Google Street View, and the Google’s image searcher.

The installation is a passage by a series of videos where reflection on these devices are made.  

The studies at the M.A. Program were realized with the aid of the Scholarhip for  Auxiliary Professors granted by the Academic Council of the Arts Faculty at the National University.

The work done for the installation was possible with the support given by the Visual Arts Department of Javeriana University.
